Mix 24g (2 scoops) of protein powder with 30ml (2 tablespoons) of skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 30ml (2 tablespoons) of water and cook. Pour the batter into the centre of the pan and spread it to the desired thickness. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat this step on the other side. Store with the lid closed in a cool, dry place.
